ADL’s NextGen Advisory Council (NGAC) brings together emerging leaders who represent a range of educational and professional backgrounds, communities and connections to Jewish life. Together, they help ADL better understand how younger generations are experiencing antisemitism, engaging with the Jewish community and navigating a rapidly changing world. Through ongoing dialogue with ADL staff and Board members, NGAC members offer candid, constructive input that helps inform ADL’s work and strengthens the organization’s connection to the next generation of leaders.
